Power Wire Harness - Set of wires is precut, terminated, and labeled to run from the Power Connection Block to the Power Relays on all Easy-Fire and School-Master Kilns with three sections at any voltage and 3 phase power. There are six wires in a set.

10 Pack - Non-Insulated Medium Ring Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 12-10 AWG. #10 Stud size. Used for Element Power & Ground Wire Ends that go onto the Element Terminals and for Ground Wires. (REF: E-TRM-233457-A1)

Typical use is on 10 gauge power wires that go to elements.

10 Pack - Non-Insulated Small Ring Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 16-14 AWG, for a #10 Stud. Used for 15 Amp & 20 Amp Power Cord Wire Leads and for some Ground Wires. (REF:E-TRM-14GRNG-A1)

Note: Old version of part was blue-insulated, but that is not necessary when used on ground studs or element terminal studs.

Complete Safety Chain Assembly - Assembly includes the Safety Chain, Snap Clip, Screw Hook, and any Hardware

Screw Hook for the Safety Chain System - Unit should be screwed into a wall behind the kiln to attach the Safety Chain to when the Kiln Lid is open

Snap Clip for the Safety Chain System - Unit should be attached to the end of the Safety Chain to hook onto the Screw Hook

#10 x 1/2" Long Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to attach Hinge Components to the kiln body and to attach Handles to the kiln body

#6 x 1/2" Long Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to attach the Control Board to the Control Panel

#6 x 1-1/2" Long Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to mount standard length Type K Thermocouples and Ceramic Element Terminal Blocks to the kiln body.

#8 x 1-1/2" Long Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to attach Element Terminal Blocks to the kiln body

#6 x 1/2" Long Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Screw with a self-drilling TEK point - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to keep the Control Box Door closed on Jupiter kilns

#8 x 1/2" Long Zinc Plated Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head.

Used for mounting some fuse blocks and terminal blocks inside control panels. Not to be used outside of the control panel because it isn't stainless steel. 

#8 x 3/4" Long Zinc Plated Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to attach the Element Cover Box or Control Box to the kiln body, the Power Terminal Block to the Contactor Plate, the Power Terminal Strip and Thermocouple Terminal Strip to the Element Cover Box, and the Safety Chains to the kiln Lid and top Ring

#8 x 3/8" Long Zinc Plated Sheet Metal Screw - Unit has a Phillips Pan Head and is used to attach the Power Relays and Control Transformer to the Contactor Plate

#6-32 x 1/4" Slotted Binding Head Screw. Used on hinge for Corona Kiln.

Kit includes four each of 1/2", 1", 2", 4" & 6" high 1-1/2" Square Ceramic Posts

Type-K 8 Gauge Thermocouple (Exposed) with Element ONLY - no Terminal Block - Metal element is 6" Long with a 4" long ceramic insulator tube that is 1/2" diameter. The negative wire is marked with red. 

This is meant for kilns with 2.5", 3", or 3.5" insulation (brick + backup insulation if present).
