This is a set of components to move the cord connections on a DaVinci kiln ring to the outer element connection box.

The kit consists of:

1.  (1) Two Pole Terminal
2.  (1) Insulating board
3.  (2) Terminal Mounting Screws (#8 X 3/4" A Type 
4.  (2) #10 SS nuts
5.  (2) #10 SS washers
6.  (2) #10 SS split washers
7.  (1) #10 X 1/2" Self-Tapping screw (ground screw)

10.  (1) 12" length of wire insulator sleaving for covering the cord wires (this gets cut to length to slip over the cord wires)
11.  (2) 8 Gauge 150 Deg C 9" long Power Wires with a ring terminal to go the element connection and a stripped end to go in the new terminal block

Element Jumper Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Element Terminal Block on the Bottom Section to the Element Terminal Block on the Top Section. Note: both wires are now white.

10 Pack - Yellow Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 10-12 AWG and a 1/4" Spade, and is used on the Power Wires. (REF: E-TRM-640907-A4) 

Typical use is on power wires that go from relays to terminal strips and from terminal strips to elements.

MOV Surge Suppressor for 250 Volt / 50 Amp Enclosed Power Contactors - Unit is 5mm in Diameter, absorbs the discharge energy from the inductive coil of a contactor, and can be used on All 240 Volt or 208 Volt Contactors

The L-G-MOV1/00 MOV has a mark on it of PZ390 (you have to use a magnifying glass to see this).

Attach the MOV Suppressor to the Power Contactor by using two 16-14 AWG Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminals for 1/4" Spades, one on each end of the MOV.
