Ceramic Element Terminal Block for M Series (middle section) Easy-Fire Kiln Sections. Used on e18M, e18M-3, e23M, e23M-3, e28M-3 middle kiln sections that are 4.5" high.

The unit includes the terminal screws, nuts, and stainless flat washers. Lock washers are no longer needed.

This is a set of components to move the cord connections on a DaVinci kiln ring to the outer element connection box.

The kit consists of:

Ground Wire Jumper Cord for Jupiter Kiln Element Boxes - Unit is 14 AWG, precut to 8", and comes fitted with one Ring Terminal and one Fork Terminal

Element Jumper Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Element Terminal Block on the Bottom Section to the Element Terminal Block on the Top Section. Note: both wires are now white.

This includes 8 high-temperature power wires that connect the terminal strip inside the panel to the elements. All terminals are included as an assembly. All wires are white.

Yellow Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 10-12 AWG and a 1/4" Spade, and is used on the Power Wires. (REF: E-TRM-640907-A4) 

Typical use is on power wires that go from relays to terminal strips and from terminal strips to elements.

Blue Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 16-14 AWG and a 1/4" Spade, and is used on the Control Board, On/Off Switch, and Relays. (REF: E-TRM-640905-A3)

Blue Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 16-14 AWG and a 3/16" Spade, and is used on the Transformer Wiresand 1/2 Amp Panel Control Fuse Holder. (REF: E-TRM-640919-A3)

Red Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 22-18 AWG and a 3/16" Spade, and is used on the Thermocouple Wires. (REF: E-TRM-640917-A1)

Ground Wire Jumper for Piggybacked Control Panels - Unit is 10 AWG, precut, and comes with two Ring Terminals

High Temperature Wire Sleeving for DiVinci Kiln Jumper Wires - This material is used to provide an additional layer of insulation around the power wires in the Element Connection Box on All DaVinci Kilns.

This part replaces the 36" Long cord: L-J-JC36/20.

Make sure to secure cord away from kiln case. 

Yellow Insulated Large Fork Terminal - Unit is a Flanged Spade Fork, can accommodate up to 12-10 AWG. Fits on a #10 stud. Used on Receptacles and Ground Wires. (REF: E-TRM-FNFTAP-A2)

Non-Insulated High Temperature Lug terminal - Unit is used for the Wire Leads of 50 Amp Power Cords ( 6 AWG) and can fit over a 1/4" Stud (REF: E-TRM-PS14RT-A1)

Non-Insulated Medium Ring Terminal - Unit can accommodate up to 12-10 AWG. #10 Stud size. Used for Element Power & Ground Wire Ends that go onto the Element Terminals and for Ground Wires. (REF: E-TRM-233457-A1)

Typical use is on 10 gauge power wires that go to elements.

MOV Surge Suppressor for 250 Volt / 50 Amp Enclosed Power Contactors - Unit is 5mm in Diameter, absorbs the discharge energy from the inductive coil of a contactor, and can be used on All 240 Volt or 208 Volt Contactors

The L-G-MOV1/00 MOV has a mark on it of PZ390 (you have to use a magnifying glass to see this).

Attach the MOV Suppressor to the Power Contactor by using two 16-14 AWG Insulated Female Slip on Wire Terminals for 1/4" Spades, one on each end of the MOV.

Insulated Piggyback Terminal - Unit is a Female Slip On with a Male Spade attached, can accommodate up to 16-14 AWG and a 1/4" Spade, and is used on Relays (REF: E-TRM-PIGBAK-A1)
