This is a set of components to move the cord connections on a DaVinci kiln ring to the outer element connection box. The kit consists of: - (1) Two Pole Terminal
- (1) Insulating board
- (2) Terminal Mounting Screws (#8 X 3/4" A Type
- (2) #10 SS nuts
- (2) #10 SS washers
- (2) #10 SS split washers
- (1) #10 X 1/2" Self-Tapping screw (ground screw)
- (1) #10 star washer (for the ground screw)
- (1) Ground Symbol Sticker
- (1) 12" length of wire insulator sleaving for covering the cord wires (this gets cut to length to slip over the cord wires - may be WHITE or BLACK)
- (2) 8 Gauge 150 Deg C, 9" long Power Wires with a ring terminal to mount to the element connection and a stripped end to go in the new terminal block
12 foot 50 Amp Jumper Cord - Unit is used with DaVinci X3200-D & XB3200-D and T3400-D & TB3400-D Bell-Lift Kilns at 480 Volts and 3 Phase Power. There is no plug on this cord.
50 Amp Jumper Cord with Insulated Sleaving on the ends - Unit is used with DaVinci X2800-D & XB2800-D, X3200-D & XB3200-D, T2300-D & TB2300-D, and T3400-D & TB3400-D Kilns at any Voltage and Phase Power
20 Amp Element Jumper Cord - Unit is 45" Long and used for all Jupiter Automatic and Jupiter Manual Kilns at any Voltage and Phase Power. Also used for Plug-n-Fire PF8 cord between panel and kiln. This part replaces the 36" Long cord: L-J-JC36/20. Make sure to secure cord away from kiln case.

Used on European version vents, Chameleon, Fuego, Robin and Corona kilns. 15 amp.

20 Amp NEMA 6-20P Power Cord - Unit is a 72" Long Cord and can be used at 208-240 Volts and 1 Phase Power. Also used as jumper cord on some Jupiter models.
50 Amp NEMA 6-50P Power Cord - Unit is 12' Long with a Three Prong Plug and can be used with any kiln that is 48 amps or below and is 208 or 240 volts and single phase
50 Amp NEMA 6-50P Power Cord - Unit is a 72" Long Cord with a Three Prong Plug and is used with all Easy-Fire Kilns at any Voltage and 1 Phase Power, all J1800 & JD1800, J23 & JD23, and J230 & JD230 Kilns, and many other kilns at any Voltage and 1 Phase Power (Also used for retrofit on Older Econo J1400 Series Kilns).
Wires are 105 Deg C rated with two 6 gauge wires and one 8 gauge ground wire.
