The unit includes the terminal screw, nuts, and stainless flat washers. Lock washers are no longer needed.

Ceramic Element Terminal Block for M Series (middle section) Easy-Fire Kiln Sections. 

Used in production until approximately Feb 1, 2025 on e18M, e18M-3, e23M, e23M-3, e28M-3 middle kiln sections that are 4.5" high.

M-Model kilns built after approximately Feb 1, 2025 use the universal terminal block. CHECK YOUR KILN BEFORE ORDERING. The new universal terminal block is not capable of replacing this block on a kiln. 

The unit includes the terminal screws, nuts, and stainless flat washers. Lock washers are no longer needed.

You may also need two mounting screws.

This older version of our Ceramic Element Terminal Block has been discontinued and directly replaced with two of these NEW BLOCKS for every one of the old block.

If your old block has 3 bolts (series configuration, as pictured) then you need to order one of these jumper wires as well. 

You will also need 4 of these screws (2 per NEW BLOCK). 

Reference the diagrams at the bottom of this page for wiring your new blocks based on whether you have parallel or series elements.

Cord Bushing for Small Cords

This is a set of components to move the cord connections on a DaVinci kiln ring to the outer element connection box.

The kit consists of:

1.  (1) Two Pole Terminal
2.  (1) Insulating board
3.  (2) Terminal Mounting Screws (#8 X 3/4" A Type 
4.  (2) #10 SS nuts
5.  (2) #10 SS washers
6.  (2) #10 SS split washers
7.  (1) #10 X 1/2" Self-Tapping screw (ground screw)
8.  (1) #10 star washer (for the ground screw)

You may need the following:

2. Old Style Ceramic Bushings for the element ends to go through the stainless steel case.
3. 1/4" high ceramic spacers (see photo below)

Small ceramic board fits in the small space available on the J2900, JD2900 or Davinci powered bottom. There are three terminal assemblies and a jumper wire.

Element Insulator Bushing - Unit is used in conjunction with the Old Style (Red) Element Terminal Boards to keep the Element insulated from the Sheet Metal Casing

Corderiete Ceramic Tube: Element Insulator Tube - 4" long 5/16" OD x 3/1"6 ID. Used in some front-loading kilns for insulated the element ends as they protrude throught he insulation.
