Steel frame bolts together easily for assembly. A higher-power model XB3236-BL is available. Models with the powered bottom (X3236-BL-PB or XB3236-BL-PB) are also available. Control
The Genesis control includes a touchscreen interface and WIFI connectivity. The intuitive interface is easy to use and understand. A free phone app allows you to monitor your kiln remotely.
EVEN FIRING. MAKES LOADING MORE FLEXIBLE. ADJUSTS FOR ELEMENT AGING. The kiln control separately measures temperatures in the bottom, middle, and top of the ceramic kiln. It automatically adjusts the heat output of three kiln zones during the entire glaze or bisque firing.
PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN LAYOUT. DaVinci Panels are wired to industrial standards with a good clean wire layout.
ALLOWS THE SECTIONS TO PLUG IN WHILE SEPARATE FROM THE KILN. The control panel is mounted on a stand away from the kiln.
Solid State Relays are quiet and result in longer element life because the switching time is so fast the elements don’t heat and cool as much the way they will with regular mechanical contactors. The whole system includes heat sinks, a cooling fan, and extra safety relays.
Durability
Ceramic protection tubes shield the thermocouple tips, preventing oxide dust from contaminating the kiln during firing.
Thick 8-gauge thermocouples last a long time. Special Limit of Error to ANSI MC96.1 specifications is used.

EXTRA SPACE GIVES YOUR WORK BREATHING ROOM. Arched sides on DaVinci kilns are very strong and promote good air circulation.
Industrial-grade ceramic terminal blocks make changing elements easy. All contact between elements and wire lugs is over a wide surface of heavily torqued stainless steel washers.
STOP BREAKING PEEPHOLE PLUGS. Solid large non-tapered peepholes allow a wider view into the kiln. The peephole plugs are made from solid ceramic and are not as fragile as hollow-type plugs used on competitors' kilns.

Safety

Elements
APM elements increase element life in difficult applications
Thermocouples
Type S Platinum Thermocouples are recommended for high fire applications. NOTE: Price of upgrade is per each thermocouple.
Pyrosil thermocouples offer greater sensitivity to temperature change, but are limited to about 2200°F, and so may be appropriate in applications below 2200°F that require sensitivity. NOTE: Price of upgrade is per each thermocouple.
Vents
A Critical component in the longevity of your kiln!The Vent-Sure automatic kiln vent helps prevent corrosion on the inside and outside of your kiln.
The Vent Control allows you to automatically control the operation of the Vent-Sure kiln vent with the control.
Controls
Traditional 24-button Keypad control. This control can be substituted for any Genesis full-sized control.
Electronic High Limit Back Up Control acts as an upper limit back up to the main control. Back up contactors are also available.
Power
L&L's 480 volt option with NEMA 1 control panel

Shipping/Crating
Bell-Lift kilns need a forklift for unloading and assembly. Large models, like the TB644754, are usually shipped strapped to a flatbed. They can arrive within a day’s drive, with no crate or pallet fees. For covered trucks shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, kilns must be packed in special crates. These crates must be certified under ISPM-15. They should be shipped in halves.
Kiln Furniture
Kiln furniture kits are the recommended set of ceramic shelves, posts, and heat-resistant gloves for each kiln model. These are for loading the work in the kiln.
