Lead Times & Confirmation Process

Confirmation Process

  1. After the order is entered into our system we will email an Order Confirmation for your signed approval. Please review it carefully for shipping details, voltage, items, and any special notes.
  2. Once we get a signed copy faxed or emailed back to us we schedule the order in the shop.
  3. LEAD TIMES START WHEN CONFIRMATION (AND ANY REQUIRED PREPAYMENT) IS RECEIVED.
  4. Any shipping dates are not guaranteed - it is just approximate based on our schedule that is current when the order is released to the shop.
  5. The time listed is subject to change based on prior commitments.

Standard Delivery Times

  1. See each model number on this website for the most up-to-date estimates of the lead time for any particular kiln.
  2. Options and Accessories may affect those stated lead times - sometimes significantly.
  3. We are happy to give estimated updates but no exact delivery date is possible. There are too many factors that can affect final delivery.
