24" Long piece of the red Element Board Material that is 1-1/4" Wide and 1/8" Thick

These are the metal hinges that get attached to the kiln case and mate with the hinge parts that are welded to the element cover boxes. There are two hinge parts and four mounting screws.

Terminal board for elements in a J14 kiln. INcludes stainless steel terminal bolts and insulating board.

Terminal board for elements in a J14R kiln. Includes stainless steel terminal bolts and insulating board. This is only for the smaller height kiln section.

Terminal board for elements in a J18, J18X, J23, J230, J236 or J245 kiln. Includes stainless steel terminal bolts assembly for electrical insulating board and insulating board with two mounting holes and three terminal holes.

You may need the following:

1. Old Style Mounting kit
2. Old Style Ceramic Bushings for the element ends to go through the stainless steel case.

Terminal board for elements in a J2918, J2927, J2936, or J2945 kiln. Includes stainless steel terminal bolts assembly for electrical insulating board and insulating board with two mounting holes and three terminal holes. This is the old style that uses electrically insulating fiber board material.

You may need the following:

1. Old Style Mounting kit
2. Old Style Ceramic Bushings for the element ends to go through the stainless steel case.
3. 1/4" high ceramic spacers (see photo below)

Small ceramic board fits in the small space available on the J2900, JD2900 or Davinci powered bottom. There are three terminal assemblies and a jumper wire.

2. Old Style Ceramic Bushings for the element ends to go through the stainless steel case.

Element Insulator Bushing - Unit is used in conjunction with the Old Style (Red) Element Terminal Boards to keep the Element insulated from the Sheet Metal Casing

Corderiete Ceramic Tube: Element Insulator Tube - 4" long 5/16" OD x 3/1"6 ID. Used in some front-loading kilns for insulated the element ends as they protrude throught he insulation.

Element Jumper Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Element Terminal Block on the Bottom Section to the Element Terminal Block on the Top Section. Note: both wires are now white.

40 Amp Element Power Cut Off Switch - Unit is used with Easy-Fire EU kilns and Positive Door Interlock Switch (European Style) Option

15 Amp Element Power Cut Off Microswitch - Unit is used with All Fuego and Robin Kilns at any Voltage and Phase Power

1. One #10-24 x 1-1/4" Long Stainless Steel Bolt
2. Two #10-24 Stainless Steel Nuts
3. Four #10 Fender Washers

25 Amp Enclosed Power Relay with a 12 Volt Coil

Unit is the standard Power Relay used on Easy-Fire, eQuad-Pro, Doll, Jupiter, eFL Series, and X2300 & XB2300 Control Panels, it is also used as the Control Relay for X2800-D & XB2800-D, X3200-D & XB3200-D, T2300-D & TB2300-D, and T3400-D & TB3400-D Series DaVinci Kilns and Easy-Load kilns.

This contactor is used interchangeably as a power contactor on both 240-volt and 208-volt kilns.
