This is a set of components to move the cord connections on a DaVinci kiln ring to the outer element connection box.
The kit consists of:
- (1) Two Pole Terminal
- (1) Insulating board
- (2) Terminal Mounting Screws (#8 X 3/4" A Type
- (2) #10 SS nuts
- (2) #10 SS washers
- (2) #10 SS split washers
- (1) #10 X 1/2" Self-Tapping screw (ground screw)
- (1) #10 star washer (for the ground screw)
- (1) Ground Symbol Sticker
- (1) 12" length of wire insulator sleaving for covering the cord wires (this gets cut to length to slip over the cord wires)
- (2) 8 Gauge 150 Deg C 9" long Power Wires with a ring terminal to go the element connection and a stripped end to go in the new terminal block

Ground Wire Jumper Cord for Jupiter Kiln Element Boxes - Unit is 14 AWG, precut to 8", and comes fitted with one Ring Terminal and one Fork Terminal

Ground Wire Jumper for Piggybacked Control Panels - Unit is 10 AWG, precut, and comes with two Ring Terminals

14 Gauge Jumper Wire - Unit is 8" Long and includes Insulation Sleaving and two Ring Terminals
10 Gauge Jumper Wire - Unit is 8" Long and includes Insulation Sleaving and two Ring Terminals. This is used as a ground wire to ground the element connection box to the kiln case.

14 Gauge Jumper Wire - Unit is 10" Long and includes Insulation Sleaving and two Ring Terminals

14 Gauge Ground Wire - Unit is 8" Long and includes Insulation Sleaving, one Ring Terminal, and one Fork Terminal

Wire Sleeving for Jupiter Kiln Jumper Wires - Unit is used to provide an additional layer of insulation around the Power Wires in the Element Connection Box on All Jupiter Automatic and Jupiter Manual Kilns

High Temperature Wire Sleeving for DiVinci Kiln Jumper Wires - Unit is used to provide an additional layer of insulation around the power wires in the Element Connection Box on All DaVinci Kilns.

Element Jumper Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Element Terminal Block on the Bottom Section to the Element Terminal Block on the Top Section

Element Connection Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Element Terminal Block on the Top Section to the Power Terminal Strip located on the Insulation Plate

Primary Power Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Power Relay to the Power Connection Block

Secondary Power Wires - Unit is precut and fitted with the appropriate terminal ends to run from the Power Relay to the Power Terminal Strip


#10-24 Stainless Steel Hex Nut - Unit is used for mounting the Vent Bypass Box and Contactor Plates and for the Element Terminal Bolts

Black 6 Gauge High Temperature Wire - Wire is rated to 105°C

Green 6 Gauge High Temperature Wire - Wire is rated to 105°C

Black 10 Gauge High Temperature Wire - Wire is rated to 105°C

Green 10 Gauge High Temperature Wire - Wire is rated to 105°C

White 10 Gauge High Temperature Wire - Wire is rated to 105°C

Black 14 Gauge High Temperature Wire - Wire is rated to 105°C
