eFL Arch Upgrade Kit

This is a complete kit for upgrading the arch on an older eFL kiln. The eFL Arch Kit allows you to rebuild the arch. It is compatible with eFL models 1616, 1626, 2626, and 2635. Unfortunately, the 2026 model is not able to accommodate it. 

INCLUDED:    
• Corner bricks (18)    
• Corner brick ½” shims (2)    
• Arch brick (18)    
• Arch brick ½” shims (2)    
• 9/64” drill bit    
• Sanding block    
• #10 teks screws (4)    
• eFL band C-Bracket to retain band after loosening (2)    
• ¼”x ¾” long bolts, nuts, washers (10 each)    
• 5/16” x 3.5” long bolts for arch clamp brackets (7) – dependent on model    
• Jack support box    
• Jacks (2)    
• Arch support jig

WHAT YOU’LL NEED (see image below):    
• ½” hex-wrench    
• ½” hex-socket and socket wrench    
• 7/16” hex-wrench    
• 7/16” hex-socket and socket wrench    
• ¼” drill bit for drilling metal
