Troubleshoot an INF infinite input switch
- On an L&L manual kiln with INF switches, the indicator pilot light is always wired to the load side of the switch.
- If the light cycles on and off and then stays on all the time only when the switch is set to HIGH, you know the switch is functioning correctly.
- If the light does not come on, first check to see if the indicator lights of the other INF switches are able to come on.
- If they do, and it is just the one light on one INF switch not coming on- then it is most likely a bad switch.
- If all the lights are out, then the problem is likely related to the kiln-sitter or the power supply.
- Review all related parts.
