How to Search with the Parts Filter
Go to this special page for ordering elements
Choose by Model Series or Old Model Series: This will select just the parts that apply to your kiln series. If you are unsure about what your kiln series is look at the serial number data nameplate on your kilns. You can look here for information on current kiln series and you can look here for information on older discontinued kiln series.
Choose by Search Name Contains: Type in as little text as you think might apply to get the most result. The filter looks for the string of text in the name of the part.
Choose by Part Number (X-X-XXX/XX): Type in the entire part number in the format shown (example: "E-D-DL1L/10") if you know the part number. You can also type in a portion of the part number and get more results. For instance if you type in "E-D-DL" you will get a list of all elements for the Doll Kilns. As in the Name search the less you type in the more results you get.
Choose by Category: The categories are categories like "Elements", "Controls (Digital)", "Controls (Thermocouples)". This can help if you know what you are looking for. Clicking on a category filters it to just those items; if you want all items to show with no filtering don't check any boxes.
