NOTE: The 120-volt versions should not be used for high production (more than once a week) to their maximum temperature range - the element life will not be acceptable under those conditions. 208-volt and 240-volt versions are rated to Cone 10 under high production conditions.

Control
The Genesis control includes a touchscreen interface and WIFI connectivity. The intuitive interface is easy to use and understand. A free phone app allows you to monitor your kiln remotely.
Durability
Ceramic protection tubes shield the thermocouple tips, preventing oxide dust from contaminating the kiln during firing.
Thick 8-gauge thermocouples last a long time. Special Limit of Error to ANSI MC96.1 specifications is used.

STOP BREAKING PEEPHOLE PLUGS. Solid large non-tapered peepholes allow a wider view into the kiln. The peephole plugs are made from solid ceramic and are not as fragile as hollow-type plugs used on competitors' kilns.
Aluminized stands are solid and corrosion-resistant, offering full, robust support under the kiln.
Industrial-grade ceramic terminal blocks make changing elements easy. All contact between elements and wire lugs is over a wide surface of heavily torqued stainless steel washers.
PROTECT AND SUPPORT. Stainless Steel clips help the lid stay secure and durable. This extra step ensures that the lid won't slip out of the stainless steel band.

Miscellaneous
L&L's rolling kiln stand features heavy gauge galvannealed steel construction with multiple bends for extra strength, locking swivel casters, integrated vent collection box support, and guide posts for the kiln. Each size is fitted to the kiln.
Vents
A Critical component in the longevity of your kiln!The Vent-Sure automatic kiln vent helps prevent corrosion on the inside and outside of your kiln.
The Vent Control allows you to automatically control the operation of the Vent-Sure kiln vent with the control.
The Vent Doubler allows you to use one vent on two kilns.
Thermocouples
Type S Platinum Thermocouples are recommended for high fire applications. NOTE: Price of upgrade is per each thermocouple.
Pyrosil thermocouples offer greater sensitivity to temperature change, but are limited to about 2200°F, and so may be appropriate in applications below 2200°F that require sensitivity. NOTE: Price of upgrade is per each thermocouple.
