Model F1418 Fuego Hobby/Craft Kiln reaches Cone 10 operation on standard international household voltage of 220 to 240 volts. Available in two amp ratings - 13 amps for UK systems or 15 amps for most other 220-240 volt systems (European "C" style plug).

The FUEGO has the full range of premium L&L features such as hard ceramic element holders, protected thermocouple, full support 14 gauge aluminized steel stand, two solid peephole plugs with full 1” view, proprietary reflective brick coating that protects brick and minimizes dusting, and three-year limited warranty. Brick thickness is 3” and also includes a layer of non-RCF fiber between the stainless steel case and firebrick for extra insulation, a door shut-off switch for the elements, and an extra peephole plug in the top for venting. There is a crating charge if shipped one per skid. See Crating Charges and Export Options in the Accessories Tab for crating charges.

Protected Thermocouples

Durability

Hard Ceramic Element Holders Make L&L Kilns More Durable

Durability, Repairability, Better Heat Transfer. The smooth, hard surface of the inside ceramic channel allows the elements to expand and contract freely. No pins! The dense ceramic holders extend element life because they do not insulate the hot elements from the kiln interior.

Solid Wide-View Peephole Plugs

Solid large non-tapered peepholes allow a wider view into the kiln. The peephole plugs are made from solid ceramic and are not as fragile as hollow type plugs used on competitor's kilns.

Molded Ceramic Element Connections

Industrial grade ceramic terminal blocks make changing elements easy. All contact between elements and wire lugs is over a wide surface of heavily torqued stainless steel washers. Wires are not crimped to element ends as in some other brands. This means you can change elements yourself without buying an expensive tool or hiring a kiln repair person.

Solid Super-Strong Aluminized Steel Stand

Aluminized stands are extremely strong and corrosion resistant. They offer solid support under the kiln - unlike spot-welded angle stands that are common in the industry.
