Why can't you get a Dura-Fire kiln in a 3-phase version?

The Dura-Fire kilns are designed to have all power turned off by the Kiln Sitter/Time. These have a two-pole contactor that can only shut off single phase power. The control circuit of the Dura-Fire kilns is deliberately simple, with the kiln sitter shutting off all power and then the Hi-Medium-Low switches controlling the two or three individual element circuits.

Jupiter manual kilns, on the other hand, sometimes work like this (a J230 for instance) but also may have individual circuit contactors that may be controlled by a combination of an infinitely variable switch and the Dawson Kiln Sitter/Timer. This makes it possible to have three phase power because, for instance, each circuit may be on a separate phase and the three individual contactors could shut off power to the kiln.
