WHO IS L&L?

L&L has built a 60+ year reputation on uncompromised design and construction of ceramic kilns and industrial furnaces. We are over 40 people dedicated to customer value and satisfaction. Stephen Lewicki Sr started the company in 1945. The industrial division branched off in 1973 and was separately developed by Gregory Lewicki and Stephen Lewicki into a sophisticated supplier to the aerospace, high tech ceramic and heat treating industries. Both companies are now run by an integrated management that utilizes the latest engineering, management and production technologies. The real L&L, however, is not us but you because our great products are ultimately the result of 60 years of continuous customer feedback. See our Mission Statement.
