How to deal with differences in DynaTrol Boards for installation (600 vs 700 series)

There are some differences in the 600 series DynaTrol board and the 700 series DynaTrol board.

  1. The two spades AC 1 and AC 2 are in different locations.  Question: Do we change the order of wires positions so the AC1 wire is to the relocated position? (Answer: Keep using the the same contacts and ignore their location)
  2. There is a spade marked “Safety” on the new board. Do we ignore this point or do we need to do something different? (Answer: Ignore this contact)

Note the 700 series board has been used since January 2006. The 600 level board was used from April 2003 to December 2005.
