Description

No assembly required
Solid steel case (11 gauge) with integrated welded stand. Feet include anchor points and leveling bolts.
Heavy-duty door hinges to the left (special option allows it to be hinged on the right). Door opens all the way so that the door opening is completely unobstructed.
The stand is part of the entire integrated and welded case structure. It includes leveling bolts and holes for anchoring the kiln to the floor.
A proprietary brick coating is applied to all interior surfaces of the kiln. This is put on before the element holders are inserted. This coating penetrates the firebrick and fuses the surface on a microscopic level which helps prevent dusting and crumbling of the fragile firebrick.
Solid ceramic peephole plugs with full 1” diameter. Three total: one per section.
